A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE AWARD OF
AN ISSUE OF WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT BONDS
OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, after notice duly published as required by
law, bids have been received for the purchase of $653,083.68
U....... of Water System Improvement Bonds heretofore authorized by
. \ Ordinance No. 20-78; and

interest at the rate/0 ~~ % per annum with a premium

lowest rate 0 interest for said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village of Dublin,
Counties of Franklin and Delaware, Ohio:
Section 1. That said bonds of said Village in the sum
of $653,083.68 authorized by said ordinance are hereby sold and
awarded, to H /I (i:NQS + Co. of
C"NI'It:~A"i tJNtO , to bear interest at the rate of
S ~ % per annum in accordance with the notice of sale
and the1r bid for said bonds.
Section 2. That said bonds, after being duly executed,
shall be delivered by the Village Administrator upon payment
therefor in accordance with the notice of sale together with a
true transcript of proceedings authorizing said bonds, and a
true and correct statement of the net indebtedness and total tax
f; list of said Village certified by the Clerk.
.' Section 3 . That the Clerk is hereby directed to certify
.... a copy of this resolution to the County Auditors of Franklin
County and of Delaware County, Ohio.
Section 4. This resolution shall .take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
