A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE AWARD OF
AN I SSUE OF SEWEAAGE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT
BONDS OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
{) WHEREAS, after notice duly published as required by
law, bids have been received for the purchase of $652,095.47
of Sewerage System Improvement Bonds heretofore authorized
by Ordinance No. 19-78; and

of $ ~5~ _ 50 is the highest bid based upon the lowest
rate 0 1nterest for said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village of Dublin,
Counties of Franklin and Delaware, Ohio:
Section 1. That said bonds of said Village in the sum
of $652,095.47 authorized by said ordinance are hereby sold and
awarded to Magnus It CQ. of
C innc i nnatt i, Oh i 0 . , to bear interest at the rate of
~::'4. j% per annum in accordance with the notice of sale
and t e1r bid for said bonds.
Section 2. That said bonds, after being duly executed,
shall be de'livered by the Village Administrator upon payment
therefor in accordance with the notice of sale together with a
G true transcript of proceedings authorizing said bonds, and a\
true and correct statement of the net indebtedness and total tax
list of said Village certified by the Clerk.
Section 3. That the Clerk is hereby directed to certify
a copy of this resolution to the County Auditors of Franklin
County and of Delaware County, Ohio.
Section 4. This resolution ~hall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
