SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ____ of the elected members concurring:
SECT ION I., That on, the t.t", day of Ma)', J97i, at 7:30 P.M. at
the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held
on the application of Shannon Park for rezoning of approximately
76 acres of land within the Village to Planned Unit Developpent
(P.U.D.) and proposed Ordinance Number~, which said applica-
tion and Ordinance, together with the report of the Planning
Commission, are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of
t he Village.
~tCTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, direc-
ted to give notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper
of ~eneral circulation in the Village of Dublin at least thirty
(30 days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by first
class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and
directly across the street from the above-described property at
the addresses of such owners appearing on the County Auditors
0 current tax list or the Treasurer's mailing list to be sent at'
least twenty (20) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
