IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OH I O. i

WHEREAS, the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1964 ,
(Public Law 88-578) provides financial assistance to the State i
of Ohio for ou~door recreation purposes, and:
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin, Ohio desires financial assistance
under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDyby the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-
curring:
I I . That the Counc i I of the Village of Dublin hereby approves
I fi ling an application for Land and Water Conservation Fund Act

financial assistance.
[} 2. That the Administrator of the Village of Dublin is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and fi Ie an application with
the Department of Natural Resources, State of Ohio, and to pro-
v i de a I I information and documentation required in said applica-
tion for submission to the Federal Bureau of Outdoor Recreation.
3. That the Counc i I of the Village of Dublin hereby does agree
to obligate the funds required to satisfactorily complete the
proposed project, and thus become eligible for Land and Water
Conservat i on Fund Act f i nanc i a I a,id of 50% of the actual a II ow-
able reimbursement cost.
