RESOLUTION NO. 01 78 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING BURGESS
& NIPLE LIMITED TO PROCEED
WITH THE PREPARATION OF PLANS,
0 SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF
COSTS FOR THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
LOCAL WATERLINES.
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin has determined there is a need for
local waterlines in developed areas of the Village; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the Village of Dublin to
proceed with said project; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin currently has a contract with Burgess &
Nip1e, Limited under the terms of which said Burgess & Niple, Limited has
agreed to prepare the plans, specifications, and estimates of costs for
said water project;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, Ohio ~ of the members elected thereto concurring:
D SECTION 1.
That Burgess & Nip1e, Limited be, and they are hereby directed to
proceed with the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates of
costs related to said water project.
SECTION 2.
That this Resolution be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, welfare and safety of the residents of the Village
