Roll call - Charles Coffman, present; Lewis Geese,;~absent; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert Kare , present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the November 18 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval, Coffman seconded, all present voted in favor. Ordinance 56-74 establishin the rate of pay for the village adminstrator was introduced by Coffman and read by the clerk, Hicks moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Headlee seconded, all five members present voted for the motion and the ordinance. Ordinance 57-74 amendin the village code of 1974 <mcerning air guns was read for the third time, vote Coffman, yes; Geese, absent; Headlee, no; Hicks, yes; Karrer, no; Ulrey, no. Ordinance 64-74 amending village code of 1974 concerning license plaRtes was introduced by Karrer and read by the clerk, Coffman moved to dispense with the three time readinr; rule, Ulrey seconded, all five present voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. Ordinance 65-74 accepting the bid of Bob McDorman Chevrolet of $4321.73 for a new police cruiser was introduced by Ulrey and read by the clerk, Hicks mOVI d to dispense with the three time readinp rule, Headlee seconded, all five presen voted infavor of the motion and the ordinance.
