RESOLUTION NO. if ~ - 1? , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING BURGESS
& NIPLE LIMITED TO PROCEED
WITH THE PREPARATION OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF
COSTS FOR THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
~ OHIO SANITARY SEWER PROJECT - PHASE II

~ WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin has received a grant for preparation of
detail plans for Phase II of the Sewerage Collection System; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the Village of Dublin to
proceed with said project; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin currently has a contract with Burgess &
Niple,Limited under the terms of which said Burgess & Niple,Limited has
agreed to prepare the plans, specifications, and estimates of costs for said
sewer project;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio ~ of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1.
~ That Burgess & Niple,Limited be, and they are hereby directed to proceed
i~ with the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates of costs related
to said sewer project.
SECTION 2.
That this Resolution be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health, welfare and safety for the reason that said Village of Dublin's present
sanitary systems may be detrimental to said Village's water supply and
the proposed sanitary sewer project is needed to protect the peace, health,
