. I WHEREAS: WILBUR ULREY has faithfully served the Village as a

Counc i I man since 1964 and has served as President of Council
since 1971; and
WHEREAS, In serving as a Councilman and President of Council as
aforesaid, WILBUR ULREY has given freely of his time and has de-
voted his efforts over the past many years to the purpose of
making the Vi Ilage a better place to live and work: and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Counci I of the Village of Dublin,
both for i t se If, and on behalf of Village residents, to express
sincere gratitude to WILBUR ULREY:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is unanimously RESOLVED by the Council of the
r Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, that by this Resolution, said

Council and Vi Ilage expresses its sincere thanks and its best
wishes for the future to WILBUR ULREY.
