RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A SPECIAL STUDY
i 0 Dub I in V i I I age Counc i I resolves to accept the Special Study of
the Sawmil'-161 Quadrant as presented by the Vi Ilage Planner and
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolv~ by the Counci I of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ____ of the members concurring
that:
SECTION I . The recommendations of this study, sha II be ut i I i zed
as policy guidelines for development in the study area.
The Village Planner shall be instructed to forward copies of
this study and recommendations together with a copy of this
acceptance document to all agencies having planning and lor
zoning responsibi lity or influence In areas immediatley surround-
i ing or otherwise affecting the study area.
The Planning and Zonning Commission is requested to forward to
I Counci I their recommendations for the most effective means to

accomplish the goals of this study.
!.~ SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
U from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
