A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
(J ING THE MAYOR AND CLERK-TREASURER TO
EXECUTE AND DELIVER A QUIT-CLAIM DEED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio,
~ of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION I. The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer be, and they hereby
are, authorized and directed to execute and deliver a certain
Quit Claim Deed (a copy of which is marked Exhibit A and attached'
hereto) Quit Claiming any interest the Village of Dublin may
have in and to a certain alley situated east of and adjacent to
the Village Cemetary (formerly known as the I.O.O.F. C~metary);
and
! SECTION 2. This Resolution take effect and be in force from

I and after the earleist period allowed by law.

heirs and assigns forever, the following described Real Estate situate in the V i I lage of

Village of Dublin may have had in or to a 161
foot strip of land lying Eas of the East bound-
ary line of the Village of Dublin Cemetary (for-
merly called the I.O.O.F. Cemetary) being that
same 161 foot strip of land that was formerly
known as SUMMITT alley.
