A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN AND ENTER INTO
A MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, various municipalities in Franklin County have negotia-
ted with regard to the exchange of equipment for their mutual
benefit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected concurring:
SECTION I. That the Village Administrator is hereby authorized
to execute, on behalf of the Village, a mutual assistance agree-
ment, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be In
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
