RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 27-77;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, Counc i I finds that Resolution 27-77 contained a typo-
graphical error concerning the purpose of said Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Counci I hereby amends Reso-

lution 27-77 by substitution and interlineation, said amendment I
I
being as follows; j
SECTION I . "WHEREAS, this Counci I on the 20th day of June 1977,
duly adopted Resolution 21-77 providing for the submission to the
electors of the Village of the question of issuing $450.000.00
in bonds i~ the anticipation of the collection of special assess-
ments for the purpose of expanding and improving the municipal
sanitery sewer~ system, by the acquisition of real estate or
easements or ot er interests in real estate, and the construction
of sewer lines and appurtenances and of levying a tax to provide
for their payment at the regular general election to be held on
the 8th day of November, 1977 {' and
SECTION 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency
[J measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety and for the further reason that a copy
of this Resolution must be submitted to the Franklin County
Board of Elections at the earliest possib!e date, therefore, thi
Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon it
passage.
