RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST BID FOR BONDS
BASED UPON THE LOWEST RATE OF INTEREST PRESENTED
BY A RESPONSIBLE BIDDER, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, this Council did heretofore duly adopt Ordinance
No. 58-77 on the 6th day of September, 1977, providing for the
D issuance and sale of $181,950.24 of bonds of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, in anticipation of the collection of special assessments for
the purpose of improving certain designated roads in River Forest
subdivision; and

OI"\1.Q , a responsible bidder, has presented
a bid for said bonds in the principal amount of $181,950.24 with a
premium of $ 1,2&11. ~ and accrued interest upon a
rate of interest, viz 5'I:A. percent per annum, and
other than that provided for in Ordinance No. 58-77 under Section
133.33 of the Revised Code of Ohio;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of 'the Village
C of Dublin, Ohio, that:
Section 1. The bid of $W6JI.'f ~7WA.""''7 1- l()
for the purchase of said bonds be and the same is hereby accepted,
said bid being the highest based upon the lowest rate of interest
and other than that provided for in said Ordinance No. 58-77.
Section 2. Said bonds, after being duly executed and signed
according to law and according to Bond Ordinance No. 58-77, bearing
the rate of interest provided for in said accepted bid, be delivered
by the Village Clerk to said purchaser on its compliance with the
terms of said sale.
Section- 3. Said Village Clerk furnished to the successful
bidder a certified transcript of proceedings and such other information
as is provided by law.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cerfify a copy of this resolution to the auditors of
Franklin and Delaware Counties, Ohio, according to law.
Section 5. This resolution is declared to be an emergency
in that certain notes issued in anticipation of the bonds authorized
herein are about to mature and it is necessary to authorize and
~ deliver said bonds by such maturity date in order to protect the
credit of the Village and provide for the immediate preservation of
~ the public peace, health and safety in the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
and approval by the Mayor.
