BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio ~
of the members concurring, that:
SECTION I. The dedication of 1.282+ acres of land (being more
particularly described in a copy of the warranty deed from Muir-
field Ltd. and Golden Bear Muirfield, Inc. which is attached here-
to and made a part hereof) be, and the same is, hereby, approved
and accepted.
SECTION 2. This Resolution will take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
