KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Ohio Bell Telephone Company.
a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Ohio. hereina:t'ter
referred to as the "Grantor", in the consideration of the sum of One Dollar
r ($1.00) and other valuable consideratio~s, the receipt whereof is hereby

\.., acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, quit-claim and surrender unto The
Village of Dublin, its heirs and assigns all the grantor's right. title and
interest in and to the right of way easement described as follows:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin,
Township of Washington:
Being a 15' x 232.04' easement along the north
property line of Parcel Number 305 as shown and
delineated upon an attached print marked Exhibit "A"
as recorded at Franklin County Court of Records on
December 22, 1976, as Volume 3557, Page 485 and made
a part hereof
