The Nbvember 4, 1974, meeting of the Village of Dublin Council was called to
order by Council President Wilbur Ulrey. Call of the roll as follows: Charles
Coffman, present; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles
Hicks, present; Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of
the October 21 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval of the minutes,
Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of approval.

Ordinance 46-74establishing village zoning in territory annexed to the village
after the effective date of ordinance 21-70 was read for the third time after
Karrer moved, Coffman and council aoproved removing the ordinance from the
table. All members voted in favor of ,the ordinance.
Ordinance 55-74 establishing hours of work, rates of pay and other benefits for
all police department employees except the chief of police was read for the
first time, after being introduced by Hicks.
Ordinance 56-74 fixing the compensation of the village adminstrator was read
for the first time after being introduced by Doffman.

Ordinance 57-74 amending the village code of 1974 was read for the first time
after being introduced by Karrer.
Ordinance 58-74 authorizing and directing the village adminstrator to advertise
for bids for a new 1975 police cruiser was introduced by Geese and read by
the clerk, Hicks moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese
seconded, all voted in favor of approval of the motion and the ordinance.
Council deferred action on Mayor Dixon's recommendation to replace Jerry
Tanner on the Architectural Review Board with Gerry Macklin.
Larry Schaeffer asked council to consider that traffic on Summitview Road be
restricted to boulevard traffic (no thru trucks), council will ask the village
solicitor to study this request. Gene Fulscher aood that periodieal police
reports be made public, Headlee also requested that such reports be given to
council members. Charles Mand asked if village had any ordinace against
Sunday nuisances such as wide use of chain saws. Solicitor to check this out.
