':/I'E REAS, th is Counc i I on the 20th day of June, 1977 du I y adopted
Resolution 20-77 providinc for the submission to the electors of
the "il lase of the question of issuing $446,000.00 of bonds In
anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the
purpose of expanding and improving the municipal water distribu-
tion system by the acquisition of real estate or easements or
other interests in real estate, and the construction of water
lines and appurtenances and of levying a tax to provide for their
payment at the regular general election to be held on the 8th day
of November, 1977; and
~HEREAS, the Auditor of Franklin County has certified to this
Counci I that the average annual levy throughout the I ife of such
bonds which would be required to pay the interest on and to re-
tire the same assuming they are al I issued In one series and that i
the amount of the tax I ist of the Vi I lage remains throughout the I
I ife of the bonds the same as the tax list for the current year,
is nine-tenths (.9) mi I Is for each dollar of tax evaluation,

SECTION I. That this Counci I hereby determines to proceed with
the issuance of said bonds and the Clerk of Counci I is hereby
directed to certify to the roard of Elections of Franklin County,
Ohio, Resolution 20-77 the aforesaid cal I ing for such election I
together with a copy of this Resolution, the amount of the aver- '
i age annual tax levy as estimated by the County Auditor, and the
: maximum number of years to retire said bonds namely 20 years, to
0ive notice of said election, and to prepare the necessary bal-
lots and suppl ies therefor.
SECTION 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety of the Vi I lage and its inhabitants and for the
further reason that this Resolution must be certified to the I
I
~oard of Election of Frankl in County, Ohio, on or before Ausust .

G CERTIFICATE OF COUNTY AUDITOR OF AVERAGE ANNUAL LEVY FOR ISSUE
OF BONDS

I, Arch J. Warren, the duly elected, qualified and acting County
Auditor in and for the State and County aforesaid, do hereby CERTIFY that the
average annual levy throughout the life of the bonds, which will be required
to pay the interest on and retire the bonds proposed to be issued by the
Village of Dublin in the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Dollars
($446,000) for the purpose of expanding and improving the municipal water
distribution system by the acquisition of real estate or easements or other
interests in real estate, and the construction of water lines and appurtenances,
0 in accordance with Resolution 20-77 of said Village of Dublin, passed June 20,
1977, is Nine-tenths Mills (.9) for each one dollar of tax valuation, which
amounts to Nine Cents (9i) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation.
