',! : . ERE AS, this Council on the 20th day of June 1977 duly adopted
Resolution 21-77 providing for the sub~ission to the electors of
the ViI lase of the question of issuing $450,000.00 of bonds In
anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the
purpese of expanding and improving the municipal sanitary sewer
I ~system by the acquisition of real estate or easements or other
interests in real estate, and the construction of se\...er I ines and
appurtenances and of levying a tax to provide for their payment
at the regular general election to be held on the 8th day of

bonds which would be required to pay the interest on and to re-

c,Alrrent year, is seven-tenths mi I Is (.7) for each dollar of tax

~ed dollars of taxable evaluation.

SECTION I . That this Counci I hereby determines to proceed with
the issuance of said bonds and the Clerk of Counci I is hereby
directed to certify to the Roard of Elections of Frankl in County,
Chio, 2es61ution 21-77 aforesaid cal I ing for such election to-
gether with a copy of this Resolution, the amount of the average
annual tax lev~as estimated by the County Auditor, and the max-
imUM number of years to retire said bonds namely 30 years, to
sive notice of said election, and to prepare the necessary bal-
lots and suppl ies therefor.
SECTICN,2. This resolution is hereby declared ~o be an emergency
measure necessary for the preservation of the pybl ic peace, hea-
lth and safety of the Village and its inhabitants and for the
further reason that this [?esolution must l:-e certified to the
roard of Election of Frankl in County, .-\' . on or before August
lJnlO,

in force immediately upon its passage.

CERTIFICATE OF COUNTY AUDITOR OF AVERAGE ANNUAL LEVY FOR
ISSUE OF BONDS

I, Arch J. Warren, the duly elected, qualified and acting County
Auditor in and for the State and County aforesaid, do hereby CERTIFY that the
average annual levy throughout the life of the bonds, which will be required
to pay the interest on and retire the bonds proposed to be issued by the
Village of Dublin in the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000)
for the purpose of expanding and improving the municipal sanitary sewerage
system by the acquisition of real estate or easements or other interests in
real estate, and the construction of sewer lines and appurtenances, in
C accordance with Resolution No. 21-77 of said Village of Dublin, passed June
20, 1977, is Seven-tenths Mills (.7) for each one dollar of tax valuation,
which amounts to Seven Cents (7~) for each one hundred dollars of tax
valuation.
