A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION
TO USE VILLAGE RIGHT-Of-WAY.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION I. Georgia M. Leppert and Richard A. and JoAnn Leppert
I be, and they are, hereby granted permission to use the Village of
I
Dublin right-of-way along Coffman Park for the installation of a
six (6N) inch forced main sanitary sewer line from the Northwest
corner of Post Road and Coffman Road, North along Coffman Road
to property oweed by Lepperts.
SECTION 2. Georgia M. Leppert and Richard A. and JoAnn Leppert,
their heirs and assigns, agree by accepting this Grant of Per-
mission to indemnify and save the Village of Dublin harmless from
any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action arising
out of the use of said right-of-way and the construction of said
sewer-end water lines.
SECTION ~. Georgia M. Leppert and Richard A. and JoAnn Leppert,
their heirs and assigns hereby assume the resp08sibility for main
U taining the pumping station, until such time as Village assumes
the responsibility for operation or until permanent sewer service
becomes available to site.
SECTION ~ Georgia M. Leppert and Riehl rd A. and JoAnn Leppert,
their heirs and assigns, further agree that this Grant of Per-
mission is contingent upon:
I . That detailed plans be prepared and approved by the Village
of Dublin prior to construction.
2.; That a hold harmless & waivers guarantees be furnished to the
Village.
3. That removal will be at expense of owner.
4. That a maintenance bond will be posted.
5. That the owner will relocate this line in any conflict with
other uti I ities.
6. That the owner will maintain and repair sewer lines.
7. That the owner waive objections to future assessments on the
. basts of benefit . of, us..
8. That a private water service is not approved.
9. That the waterline must be a 12N waterline.
10. That.easements for t he sewer and water line will be furn i shed
D the Village at nor cost to the Village.
I II. That construction must be completed within five (5) years of
t his Grant.
SECTION 5. This Resolution will take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
