A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE Fill NG OF
AN APPLICATION FOR "LAND DEVELOPMENT"
~ FOR "1il0NTEREY PARK" LOCATED ON MONTER-
EY DRIVE IN THE VILLAGE OF DUPLIN, OHIO. :

WHEREAS, the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1964
(Public Law 88-578) provides financial assistance to the State of
Ohio for outdoor recreation purposes, and:
\vHEREAS, the Vii lage of Dublin, Ohio desires financial assistance
under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act Program;

Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring,
as follows:
I . That the Counci I of the Village of Dublin hereby approves
filing an application for Land and Water Conservation Fund
Act financial assistance.
2. That the Administrator of the Vi I lage of Dubl in is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and file an application
with the Department of Natural Resources, State of Ohio, and
to provide al I information and documentation required In said
0 appl ication for submission to the Federal Bureau of Outdoor
j Recreation.
3. That the Counc i I of the Vi I lage of Dubl in hereby agrees to
obi igate the funds required to satisfactori Iy complete the
proposed project, and thus become eligible for Land and ''later
Conservat ion Fund Act financial aid of 50% of the actual
allowable reimbursement cost.
