RESOLUTION 15 77
WHEREAS, this Council contemplates the issuance of bonds of
the Village of Dublin, Ohio, in the principal sum of $423,000 for
the purpose of acquiring and constructing a municipal building,
0 furnishing and equipping the same, and landscaping and improving
the site thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is contemplated that $376,000 will be required
for the acquisition and construction of said building and that
$47,000 will be required for the furnishings, equipment, landscaping
and site improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, Ohio, that the Fiscal Officer of said Village be and he
is hereby requested to certify the estimated life and usefulness
of said property and to further certify the maximum maturity of
said bonds and the maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation
of said bonds.

In accordance with your resolution of ~,J~ 8 ,
1977, relating to the acquisition and construction of a municipal
0 building, I hereby certify that the estimated life of the property
and improvement referred to in said resolution is at least five (5)
years.
I further certify that ,the maximum maturity of bonds issued
for the purpose of paying the cost of said improvement is twenty-
three (23) years and that the maximum maturity of notes issued in
anticipation of the issuance of such bonds is eight (8) years if
sold at public sale and one (1) year if sold at private sale.
