0 Be it RESOLVED hy the COlmcil of the Village of Dublin, Ohio ~
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The following procedures are, hereby, established in admini-
stering the promotional exam for the Police Department:
A. Lieutenant exam:
1. Passing grade--8S%
2. Time Limit...-3 1/2 hours
3. Test to he given, at a date, place, and
time chosen hy the Hayor.
~. Sergeant exam:
1. Passing grade--7S%
2. Time Limit--2 1/2 hours

time chosen hy the Hayor.

I SECTION 2. In the event any person fails to pass the test hy the minimum
passing grade set forth above, then, that person shall, if that person holds
a temporary appointment to the rank heing tested for, revert to the next
lowest rank, and, shall, thereafter, be eligible to take a new promotional
I exam only after six (6) months has elapsed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution to he in effect and he in force from and after
