D Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
" of the elected members concurring:
SECTION l. That the Dedication of a Road-Right-Of-Way, the Deed to
which is attached hereto, marked, "Exhibit A", (from Jeanne F. Mooney)
I and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Jeanne F. Mooney, being the
same person as Jeanne M. Mooney, and being a widow and not remarried,
Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and
other good and valuable consideration to her paid by The City
of Dublin, Ohio, a municipal corporation duly organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Ohio,
