The October 7, 1974, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to
order by Mayor Joseph Dixon. Roll call as follows: Charles Coffman, present;
Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present;
Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur,Ulrey, Jtfsent. The minutes of the September
16 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval of the minutes, Coffman sevonded,
all present voted in favor of approval.

Geese moved payment of the bills, Coffman seconded, Gene Fulscher objected to
payment of communication bill to Perry Township, Karrer suggested Mayor appoion
committee to look into dispatcher service, all present voted in favor of
payment of the bills.

Clerk read correspondence from t ow boys asking for the village to consider
bike paths and a letter from EPA noting rejection for approval of sewerage
system for building at Bridge St and High School Road.
Council approved payment of registration fee for mayor, adminstrator and
engineer to attend Chamber of Commerce seminar of land development.
steve Shoemaker ap~eared before council to request permission to erect a
welcome sign a the West village limits, council approved site and sign.
Ordinance 50-74 accepting rental bid of John seibert of $230.00 per month
for property at5614 Post Road was introduced by Hicks and read by the clerk,
Karrer moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Coffman seoonded,
all present voted in favor of .,tton and ordinance.
Council discussed Muirfield Water line agreement which was read and explained
by Solicitor Richardson, Muirfield asked to meet with village engineer and
then work out the points of disagreement.
Ron David, representing resident of River Forest, ask Muirfield to consider
a turn aournd in street at South end of phase one, rather than have street
eventually join with Ihblin Road. Time mjjor factor in making change at this
