RESOLUTION DESIGNATING FINANCIAL
INSTITUTION AS PUBLIC DEPOSITORY
:
D WHEREAS the sealed application hereinafter described was the
highest and best application for the deposit of the public monies
of the Village of Dublin, and the application was as follows:

WHEREAS, the Village Council finds that the sureties and sec-
urities tendered are proper:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of !
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the Active deposits of public monies subject to
its control be, and the same hereby are, awarded, in accordance
with the provisions of Section 135.10 of the Ohio Revised Code,
as fo I lows:

U a period of not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ~ year
at a rate of interest of -=- percent.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Inactive deposits of public mo-
nies subject to its control be, and the same hereby are, awarded,
in accordance with the provisions of Section 135.09 of the Ohio
Revised Code as follows:

To be deposited in and received and safely kept by the DMrIO

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said institution, to whom said above
awards are made, shall respectively become the depositories for
the public monies of said Village of Dublin upon duly executing
and delivering to the Clerk-Treasurer of said Village of Dublin,
the surities and securi~ies tendered, and the acceptance of the
same by said Village Council.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
