RESOLUTION ESTn1ATING AGGREGATE MAX-
muM AMOUNT OF PUBLIC FUNDS TO BE
AWARDED AS INACTIVE DEPOSITS.
C BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio t of the
elected members concurring:
"
SECTION 1. That the estimated aggregate maximum amount of public funds sub-
ject to the control of said Council to be awarded to an eligible financial
institution on deposit as inactive deposits is $ sD """_ IJ/J , and the
probable maximum amount of public monies to be award~d and be on ~POSi t as
active deposits at any time during the period of designation is J 0.000.00.
SECTION 2. That notice is hereby given that the designation of the Official
Deposi tory (s) shall be made on .c7IE .. L I " '1'1 during a regular meeting
of the Council of the Village of Dublin, ~io.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
neace, health and safety of the residents of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and
that this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
