A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Be it RESOLVED By the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, (.
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the certain Statutory Quit Claim Deed, which is at-
tached hereto, marked, uExhibit A", (from John Iden Thomas et al.,) and
made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in force immediately
upon' its passage.
