A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING
A STORM SEWER EASEMENT.
S Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
b of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Deed of Easement for Storm Sewer Pur-
poses which is attached hereto, marked, "Exhibit A", (from Waterford
Village Company), and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby ap-
proved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WATERFORD
VILLAGE COMPANY, an Ohio limited partnership, by
Multicon Communities, Inc., Managing General Partner,
D the Grantor herein, by James R. Duffy, President, in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other valuable considerations to it paid by the Village
of Dublin, Ohio, a municipal corporation, the Grantee
herein, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
grant, release, and convey to said Grantee, its suc-
cessors and assigns forever, a perpetual easement in, "-
through, over and under the following described real
, estate for the purpose of constructing, ' using, and
maintaining a storm sewer and appurtenant works in
said easement, including the right to clean and care
for said sewer and access to said real estate for said
purpose, and being more particularly described as follows:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of
Franklin, Village of Dublin, Virginia
Military Survey No. 2542, and being part
of Lot Number One (I) of WATERFORD VILLAGE
PHASE I, of record in Plat Book 51, Pages
10 and 11, Recorder's Office, Franklin
, County, Ohio, and being all that portion
of Lot Number One (I) which is shaded and
indicated "proposed easement" on Exhibit
"A", which. is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
U Grantor claims title by instrument of record in Deed
Book Vol. 3529, Page 925, Recorder's Office, Franklin
County, O,hio.
To have and to hold said premises to said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever, for the uses and purposes
hereinbefore mentioned. The Grantor herein, its successors
and assigns, retains the right to use said real estate for
any and all other purposes provided that such use does
not interfere with nor impair the exercise of the easement
herein granted.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, James R. Duffy, President of Multicon
