A RESOLUT I ON APPROV I NG THE REPORT
OF THE ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION
BOARD ON OBJECTIONS CONCERNING THE
U ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS FOR "IMPROV-
ING CERTAIN STREETS IN THE RIVER
FOREST SUBDIVISION BY THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF WATERLINES AND APPURTENANCES"
WHEREAS, the Assessment Equal ization Board heretofore appointed
by Resolution #48-76 of this Counci I passed September 20, 1976,
to hear and determine all objections concerning the estimated
assessments for the construction in the Vii lage of Dubl in of the
aforesaid Waterlines, including appurtenances in the publ ic
streets and rights-of-way and easements as fully described In
Resolution #35-76 passed on July 6, 1976, declaring the necessity
of constructing said Water I ines, has fi led its report with this
Counc i I as to its determination of such objections: and
WHEREAS, Counci I deems such report proper in a II respects; NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . The report of the Assessment Equal ization Board here-
D inbefore recited be, and the same is hereby approved and the
assessments as equal ized by said Board and reported by it be an~
they hereby are directed to be filed in the office of the Vii lage
Clerk of the Council.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shal I take effect and be In
force immediately upon its passage.

REPORT OF ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION BOARD
September 28, 1976
The Assessment Equalization Board appointed by the Council of the
Village of Dublin to hear objections to the estimated assessments relating
to the proposed construction of water lines in River Forest subdivision .
.8 under Resolution #35-76 met on September 28, 1976 at 8:00 P.M. at the
Village Hall, 129 South High Street, Dublin, Ohio.
The meeting was called to order by the Village attorney, Donald
Richardson who administered an oath to honestly and impartially discharge
its duties to the Board consisting of Earl H. Voeller, Norman S. Dellner,
and Melvin J. Shaver each of whom took the oath. The Board elected
Mr. Voeller Chairman and Mr. Dellner Secretary.
Mr. Voeller then read the letter of objection from John W. Shoaf
dated August 18, 1976. Mr. and Mrs. Shoaf were present and explained
their objection. The Village engineer, Bill Meyer, explained how the
estimate was made.
Mr. Voeller then read Mr. Robert C. Yoakum's letter of objection and
Mr. Yoakum then explained his objection.
r The Chairman then read the.third and last letter of objection from
Mr. Charles P. Conrad however Mr. Conrad was not present at the meeting to
elaborate on his letter.
Approximately five households in River Forest were represented at the
meeting.
Mr. Richardson explained that the Board should make its recommendations
t to Council on the basis of the objections to the amount or apportionment of
the estimated assessments that were presented.
After hearing the objections of Mr. Shoaf, Mr. Yoakum and Mr. Conrad,
Mr. Shaver moved that this Board recommend to the Council of the Village of
Dublin that the estimated assessments prepared by the Village engineer
be accepted without change.
