The August 19, 19'74, me~ting of the Village of Dublin oouncil was called to
order by the Mayor Joseph Dixon with the roll call as follows: Charles Coffman,
presentJ Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, pre-
sent; Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present.
The minutes jf the August 5 meeting were read, Coffman moved approval, Karrer
seconded, all Yoted in favor of approval.
The following bills were submitted for payment:

Geese moved payment of the bills, Hicks seconded, all voted in favor of payment.

Ulrey made the follwoing motion, that if, in fact, the Village of Dublin council
has taken any previous action regarding the approval of Muirfield Drive that
said action be and it is hereby rescinded. Karrer seconded and all voted in
favor of the motion.

Ordinance 40-74 ~anting a variance from Ord 21-70 and 27-74 to Muirfiled, ttdd
to build a road in a tract of land herein described and declaring an emer~enwy
was introduced by C.effman and read by the clerk f or the first time, Hicks moved
to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all Toted in favor of
approval of the motion and the ordinance.
Ordinance 41-74 hiring Robert Eger as afull time employee of the yillage and
declaring an meergency was introduced by Karrer and read by t e clerk for the
first time, Ulrey moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Coffman
seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance.
Ordinance 42-74 amending ordiance 21-71 increasing the monthly payment to Perry
Township and diclaring an emergency was introduced by Karrer and read by the
clerk for the first time, Ulrey m~ed to dispense with the three time reading
rule, Coffman S3conded, Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Headlee, no; Hicks, yes;
Karrer, yes; Ulrey, yes. Vote on the ordiance-Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Headlee, I
no; Hicks, yes; Harrer yes; Ulrey, yes. I
fclrey moved that council support the tax levy for renewal of se'TTices to the
entally ill and 'the mentally retarded, a county wide tax levy of 3/4 mill.
Coffman seconded, all voted in favor.
