Ordinance 38-74 to accept 544 acre annexation was introduced by Karrer and read for the first time, Ulrey moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. Ordinance 39Q74 name a new police chief for a probationary si x month period was introduced by Karrer and read for the first time, Coffman moved to dispense iwth the three time reading rule, Ulrey seconded, Voted on motion-Goffman, yes; Geese, yes; Headlee, no; Hicks, yes; Karrer, yes; Ulrey, yes.
