F"-"~ """"'0f Resolution 13-74 directing the village solicitor to proceed with complaint for an injunction against Complete General Construction was read for the second time, Ulrey moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Coffman seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. Resolution 14-74 directinr: Burgess and Niple Ltd to proceed with the prepara- ation of plans, specifications, and estimate of costs for the ViII age of Dublins sanitary sewer project was read for the second time, Coffman moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Karrer seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. Resolution 15-74 setting July 15, 19'74 as a hearing date for the 1975 budget was introduced by Karrer and read by the clerk, Coffman lIlOved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Hicks seconded, all present voted for the motion and the resolution. Ordinance 34-74 confirming the final appointment of Ralph McKellar as full time policeman in the village of Dublin was introduced by Coffman and re d by the clerk, CoJlfman moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Hicks seconded, vote on motion- Coffman, yes; Geese, absent; Headlee, no; Hicks, yes; Karrer, yes; Ulrey, yes. No vote taken on ordinance.
