The June 17, 1974, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to order
by the Council President Wilbur Ulrey. Boll call as follOW's: Charles Coffman,
absent; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hieke, absent;
Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present.
The minutes of the June 3, 1974 meeting ;lare read, Karrer moved approval, all
present voted in favor.

Geese moved payment of the bills, Headlee seconded. All present voted in favor.

,Resolution 13-74 directing the village solicitor to proceed with complaint for
an injunction against Complete General Construction was introduced bJ Geese and
read by the clerk.
Resolution 14-74 directing Burgess ann Niple to proceed with the preparation of
plans, specifications and estiJns.tes of costs for the Village of Dublin sani-
tary sewer project was introduced by Karrer and read by the clerk.
Ordinance 33-74 accepting 43 acres in Washington Township for annexation to
the village of Dublin was introduced by Headlee and read by the clerk, Karrer
moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all present
voted for the motion and the ordinance.
Jake Davis of Ashland Oil revie;lad their requests that were read to council at
the last meeting, mainly concerned with the dedication of Blazer Parkway, Bill
~yer noted that road is not up to standards, council can accept of ask for im-
provements. Council memb"rs felt road would be acceptable with some improve-
nents.
~On fire protection in Concord Township, Solicitor Richardson reported that
elaware County Auditor stopped collecting fire levy tax in Concord Township
