Roll call: Charles Coffman, present; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the April 1 meeting were read, Coffman moved approval of the minutes, Headlee seconded, all voted in favor. Cpuncil discusse proposed C-1 permit for carry out license for lot acfoss from school, Coffman moved, Karrer seconded to table for further investigation. Resolution ~ 06-74 setting time and place for public hearing for rezoning of 76 acres on Coffman Road belonging to Heartland Investments was introduced by Ulrey and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispnse with the three time readin' rule, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. Resolution 07-74 setting time and place for public hearing for amendments to zoni~ co~ was introduced by Coffman and read by the clerk, Geese moved to dispe~se with the three time reading rule, Hicks seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution.
