The April 1 meeting of the Village of Dublin Council was called to order by
the Kayor Joseph Dixon. Roll call as follows: Charles Coffman, present;
Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, absent;
Robert Karrer, present, Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the March 18
meetinf were read, Coffman moved approval, Karrer seconded, all present voted
in favor.

Karrer moved payment of the bills, Headlee seconded, all present voted in
favor of payment of the bills.
Dixon commented on calls concerning dogs running loose and that caller would
not identify herself and give address and that police will not answer this
type of calls.
Karrer and McCoy reported that all alleys and streets had names. No action
taken on new street names.
Ooundil received request concerning banning through trucks on Bright Road.
No action taken as council felt that all streets in "the area would have to
have the same ban.
Council received an inquiry about the leasing of Scioto Park, no action
because of lack mf interest in the park. Council discussed the abandonment
of A hbaugh Road, action to be taken at April 15 meeting.

Ordinance 18-74 dealing with advertising for bids for street improvements
was introduced by Ulrey and read by the clerk. Karrer moved to dtspense with
the three time reading rule, Coffman seconded, all present voted in favor of
the motion and the ordinance.
Ordinance 20-74 dealing with the council authorizeing and directing the exec-
ution and delivery to Muirfield, Ltd. the grant of easements and other right-
a-way for the sewer lines was introduced by Geese and read by the clerk.
Coffman moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Karrer seconded.
All present voted in f2vor of the motion and the ordinance.
