D A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE TERM OF THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TO THE VILLAGE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council to establish the term of the Village
Council representative to the Village Planning and Zoning Commission:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 11 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION l. The appointment of a member of Council as the representative to
the Village Planning and Zoning Commission shall be for a term of one (1)
year and, there shall be no limit to the number of times that any individual
Council member may be reappointed.
SECTION 2. The Council member so appointed shall make a Report to Council re-
garding actions of said Planning and Zoning Commission at the~ meeting of
Council following a meeting of said P & Z Commission.
SECTI ON 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF EASEHENT '1 Ii (.
WHEREAS, the easement described herein was reserved for the
construction, operation and maintenance of all public and private
utilities as described in the Recorded Plat of Record in Plat
1[} Book 55, Page 33, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio;
and
WHEREAS said reservation includes an easement more specifi-
cally described as a five foot (5') strip running along the north-
easterly boundary of Lot Number 554 of Muirfield Village Phase 4
Part 2, as the same is numbered and delineated upon the recorded
plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 55, Page 33, Recorder's
Office, Franklin County, Ohio;
NOl.v, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other valuable considerations paid by Muirfield, Ltd., receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby releases
and abandons to the said Muirfield, Ltd., its successors and
0... assigns, the easement hereinafter described, with the intention
of abandoning the undersigned's interest therein.
Said Easement is described as follows:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of
Dublin, being in Virginia Military Survey No. 2545, being a
strip of land, two feet in width, said two foot wide strip of
land being the southerly two feet of a portion of that 5' Ease-
ment in Lot 554, as said 5' Eastment and Lot 554 are designated
and delineated upon the recorded plat of Muirfield Village
Phase 4 Part 2, of record in Plat Book 55, Page 33, Recorder's
Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said two foot wide strip being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference at a point in a curve in an easterly
right-of-way line of Pitlochry Court at the northernmost corner
of said Lot 554, the same being the southwesterly corner of
Lot 555 of said Muirfield Village Phase 4 Part 2; thence, from
said reference point of beginning, southwestwardly, with a
southeasterly right-of-way line of said Pitlochry Court, with
a northwesterly line of said Lot 554, the same being the arc
of a curve to the right having a radius of 10.00 feet, a cen-
tral angle of 300 00' 00" and a chord that bears S 300 35' 20"
Cl W, a chord distance of 5.18 feet to the point of intersection
, of the southerly line of said 5' Easement with a southeasterly
, right-of-way line of said Pitlochry Court; thence S 74" 24' 40'
E, with the southerly line of said 5' Easement, parallel with
and 5.00 feet southerly from, as measured at right angles, both
the northerly line of said Lot 554 and the southerly line of
said Lot 555, a distance of 3.30 feet to the true point of
beginning;

Thence, from said true point of beginning N 580 00' 00" E, a
distance of 2.71 feet to a point;
Thence S 740 24' 40" E, parallel with and 3.00 feet southerly
from, as measured at right angles, both the northerly line of
l1 said Lot 554 and the southerly line of said Lot 555, a distance
of 30.00 feet to a point;
Thence S 320 00' 00" E, a distance of 2.97 feet to a point in
the southerly line of said 5' Easement;
Thence N 740 24' 40" W, with the southerly line of said 5'
Easement, parallel with and 5.00 feet southerly from, as
measured at right angles, both the northerly line of said Lot
554 and the southerly line of said Lot 555, a distance of 34.02
feet to the true point of beginning and containing 64 square
feet of land, more or less.
