Form No. 1097 ~ Held MARCH 18tl974 19 The reg lar March 18, 1974, meeting of the Village of Dublin council ",as called to order by the Mayor Joepeh Dixon. Sherman Sheldon was named acting clerk. Roll Call as follows: Charae8 Coffman, present; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert Xarrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the March 4 meeting wre read, Karrer moved approval, Hicks seconded, all voted in favor of approval of the minutes. ,....... Discussion was held concerning names submitted for the alleys by the Dublin FOInlIl. Mrs Head!l.ee had conducted somp research in thls regard and it seems as though some of these alleys may already have names. Aftera brief discussion Mr Karrer and Bob McCoy volunteered to research the plat maps in the county c' court house and report back to council with their findings. p 246.70 239.69 42 5.00 205.00 98.95 6.00 20.00 938.31 48.60 451.96 8.25 34.22 19.00 Mrs Terry Bartow of LongYiev Drive registered a compla::!nt of dogs mooing loose and stated that she had registered a previous complaint and received absolutely no satisfaction. Per ordinance 39-73 any dog running loose shall be subject to impoundment, and the Mayor stated that t~is la", will be enforced. .. Mr Ulrey asked about further press releases concerning the Se",er Bond Issue and the village adminstrator assured him that a release was currently being fOrDnllated. Being no declared the meeting adjourned at 8:55 PM.
