Roll Call as follows: Charlis Coffman: present; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Httcks, present; Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. Sherman Sheldon was named acting clerk. """""! j.ri th y~~~ Ordinaqce 16-74 accepting the bid of Northland for a dump truck for $8581.65 was i~tnoudced by Geese and read by the acting clerk, Hicks moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Karrer seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. iIItItI,..;,.", Ordinance 17-74 de~ling with the rental of village property on 5614 Post Road was introduced by Hicks and read by the acting clerk, Coffman moved to dis- pense with the three time reading rule, Headlee seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. Since only one bid was received for Dolice cruiser Karrer moved that council reject the bid and that the village adminstrator advertise again for a 1974 police cruiser, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of the motion. Coffman moved, Karrer seconded that the application from Heartland Invest- ments for rezoning of land on Coffman Road be forwarded to Planning and eon- ing for their study and recommendations. A letter was read from Mrs Ulrey thankinr all concerned for the good ice and snow removal service this past winter.
