A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO PROCEED TO SUBMIT
THE QUESTION OF THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS OF THE
VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ACQUIRING ~AL ESTA'I'E AND EASEl-lEN'l'S 9R OTHER
(1 INTERESTS IN REAL ESTATE, CONSTRUCTING AND
IMPROVING MUNICIPAL PARKS, A SWIMMING FACILITY
AND A CO~~UNITY CENTER, PURCHASING EQUIPMENT
AND APPARATUS THEP-EFOR AND PAYING THE COS'l'S OF
LEGAL SERVICES, ADVERTISING, PRINTING AND OTHER
COSTS INCIDENTAL THERETO, AND CERTIFYING THE
SAME TO THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS OF FRANKLIN
COUNTY, OHIO.
WHEREAS, this council on the 15th day of June, 1981, duly
adopted Resolution No. 31-&1 providing for the submission to the
electors of this municipality of the question of issuing
$5,101,000 of bonds for the purpose at acquiring real estate and
easements or other interests in real estate, constructing and
improving municipal parks, a swimming facility and a community
center, purchasing equipment and apparatus there tor and paying
the costs of legal services, advertising, printing and other
C costs incidental thereto, and of levying a tax to provide for the
payment of such bonds, at the general election to be held therein
on Tuesday, November 3, 1981: ,f
and
WHEREAS, the auditor of Franklin County has certified to this
council that the average annual levy throughout the life of such
bonds which would be required to pay the interest on and retire
the same, assuming they are all issued in one series and that the
amount of the tax list of the municipality remains throughout the
life of the bonds the same as the tax list for the current year,
is five and five tenths (5.5) mills for each one dollar of
valuation, which amounts to fifty-tive cents for each one hundred
dollars of valuation,
(' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the council of the Village
\J ot Dublin, Franklin and Delaware Counties, Ohio that:
SECTION 1. This council hereby determines to proceed with
the issuance of said bonds and the Clerk of Council is hereby
directed to certify to the Board of Elections of Franklin County,
Ohio, not later than 4:00 p.m. of the seventy-fifth (7~th) day

preceding such election, a copy of Resolution No. 31-81 calling
such election together with a copy this Resolution, the
Certificate of the County Auditor containing his estimate of the
amount of the average annual levy required to pay such bonds,
namely five and five-tenths (5.S) mills to give notice .of said
C election, and to prepare the necessary ballots and supplies
therefor.
SECTION 2. It is found and determined that all formal
actions of this council concerning and relating to the adoption
of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this
counci 1, and that all deliberations of this council and of any of
its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in
meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal
I requirements including Revised Code Section 121.22.
I SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
