A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE VACATION Of AN EASEMENT
(J BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohi 0 , 10 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. Whereas a new Deed of Easement has been requested which
would release this Deed of Easement for construction of a Sanitary
Sewer line, the vacation of this Deed of Easement is hereby approved
and accepted. (See Attachment marked Exhibit "A")
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.

RELEASE OF EASEMENT
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the City of Dublin, has abandoned, released and
discharged and by these presents does hereby abandon, release and
discharge that certain easement granted to said City of Dublin by
Muirfield Ltd. in an instrument dated .
C Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Delaware, Village of
Dublin, containing 0.121 acres of land, more or less, said 0.121
acres being a portion of that 20 foot wide easement designated as
STRIP NO. 1 and described in the deed to the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, of record in Deed book 407, Page 271, said 0.121 acre portion
of said STRIP NO. 1 being entirely within the limits of Lot 686
as said Lot 686 is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat
of The Estates of Muirfirld Village (Muirfield Village Phase 11)
of record in Plat Book 12, Pages 47, 48 and 49, both being of record
in the Recorder's Office, Delaware County, Ohio, said 0.121 acre
portion of said STRIP NO. 1 being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the southwesterly corner of said
Lot 686, the same being an angle point in the r'ight-of-'way line of
Muirfield Court ( a private street and utility easement, 50.00
feet in width), as said Miurfield Court is designated and delineated
upon said recorded plat of The Estates of Muirfield Village
(Muirfield Village Phase 11); thence, from said reference point of
beginning, S 420 15' 38' E, with said southwesterly line of Lot 686,
a distance of 24.81 feet to a point in a southwesterly line of said
STRIP NO. 1; thence S 670 20' 39" E, with said southwesterly line
of STRIP NO.1, a distance of 19.65 feet to the true point of
beginning;
C Thence, from said true point of beginning, N 46035' 43" W,
a distance of 18.63 feet to a point in a southeasterly line of
that 25' Easement shown and delineated upon said recorded plat
of The Estates of Muirfield Village (Muirfield Village Phase 11);
Thence, northeastwardly, with said southeasterly line of the
25' Easement, the same being the arc of a curve to the left having
a radius of 400.00 feet, a central angle of 10 56' 02" and a chord
that bears N 290 41' 36" E, a chord distance of 13.50 feet to a
point in a northeasterly line of said STRIP NO.1;
Thence S 670 20' 39" E, with said northerly line of STRIP
NO.1, a distance of 270.90 feet to an angle point in the boundary
of said STRIP NO.1;
Thence S 490 59' 21" W, a distance of 16.22 feet to a point;
Thence S 760 44' 17" W, a distance of 9.53 feet to a point in
said southwesterly line of STRIP NO.' 1;
Thence N 670 20' 39" W, with said southwesterly line of STRIP
NO.1, a distance of 239.97 feet to the true point of beginning
and containing 0.121 acres of land, more or less.
0 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of Dublin, acting by and
through its duly authorized officers or representatives has caused
this Release of Easement to be executed on its behalf by said
