A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT
{J FOR THE RELOCATION OF A SANITARY SEWERLINE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the easements of Edward A.Bacome and Muirfield Ltd.
to the Village of Dublin for the pu~ose of relocating a sanitary
sewerlin~, is hereby approved and accepted. (See Attachment marked
Exhibit "A")
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.

DEED OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Edward A. B~a K.
Bacome of the city of Columbus, County of Franklin and State of Ohio,
GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable considerations to it paid by the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio, GRANTEE, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does Grant, Release and Convey to GRANTEE, its successors, licensees,
lessees and assigns forever, a perpetual easement in, across, over,
under and through certain lands hereinafter described for the purpose
of constructing, using,replacing, reconstructing, enlarging, repair-
ing, removing, operating and maintaining a sanitary sewer and includ-
0 ing the right to clean, replace and care for said sanitary sewer,
together with the right to access, ingress and egress and the right
to do any and all things necessary, proper or incidental to the suc-
cessful operation and maintenance of said easement for said purpose:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Delaware, Village of J
Dublin, containing 0.066 acres of land, more or less, said 0.066 acres
being in Lot 686 as the same is numbered and delineated upon the
recorded plat of The Estates of Muirfield Village (Muirfield Village
Phase 11), of record in Plat Book 12, Pages 47, 48, and 49, Recorder's
Office, Delaware County, Ohio, said 0.066 acres of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the southwesterly corner of said
Lot 686, the same being an angle point in the right-of-way line of
Muirfield Court (a private street and utility easement, 50.00 feet in
width) , as said Muirfield Court is designated and delineated upon
said recorded plat of The Estates of Muirfield Village (Muirfield
Village Phase 11) and an angle point in the boundary of said The Estates
of Muirfield Village (Muirfield Village Phase 11); thence, from said
reference point of beginning, S 420 15' 38" E, with the southwesterly
line of said Lot 686, a distance of 24.81 feet to the true point of
beginning in a southwesterly line of that 20 foot wide easement de-
signated as STRIP NO. 1 and described in the deed to the Village of

AN EXISTING VILLAGE OF DUBLIN SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN
LOT 686 OF THE ESTATES OF MUIRFIELD VILLAGE
(MUIRFIELD VILLAGE PHASE 11) IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
COUNTY OF DELAWARE, STATE OF OHIO, TO BE RELEASED
D Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Delaware, Village of
Dublin, containing 0.121 acres of land, more or less, said 0.121
acres being a portion of that 20 foot wide easement designated as
STRIP NO. 1 and described in the deed to the Village of Dublin,
Ohio(of record in Deed book 407, Page 271, said 0.121 acre
portion of said STRIP NO. 1 being entirely within the limits of
Lot 686 as said Lot 686 is numbered and delineated upon the
recorded plat of The Estates of Muirfield Village (r.luirfield
Village Phase 11) of record in Plat Book 12, Pages 47, 48 and 49,
both being of record in the Recorder's Office, Delaware County,
Ohio, said 0.121 acre portion of said STRIP NO. 1 being more
