The February 25, 1974, meeting of the Village of Dublin Council was called to
order by Mayor Joseph Dixon. Roll Call - Charles Coffman, present; Lewis
Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert
Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. Sherman Sheldon ws named acting
clerk, The mintues of the February 4 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval
Coffman seconded. All voted in favor.

Ordiaance 08-74 Waterford Village zoning change to PUD was read for the third
time, vote on ordinance - Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; He dlee, yes; Karrer,
yes; Hicks, yes; Ulrey, yes.

Ordinance 14-74 accepting the bid of Swenson Sanitation Services for garba!e
and refuse pick up was introduced by Geese and read by the acting clerk,
Karrer moved, Ulrey seconded motion to dispense with the three time reading
rule, all voted yes on the motion and the ordinance.
Mr Willian Myers appeared bef4P~e council to discuss: 1) stated village need
to draw up ordinances adopting rules and regulations regarding both sewer and
wter services, 2) stated village should begin to undertake long range plan-
ning for various phases of sewer and water regarding both planning and finan-
cing. Council decided to defer any action until after May 7th primary election.
])presented a rough sketch of probable phase one for water lines, approximately
same area as phase one for sewers,:estimated cost at this time would be$1.5
million for phase one.
Mayor declared meeting adjourned at 9:24 PM
