[ A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENTS
FOR SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the attached easements are required for the construction of a Sani-
tary Sewer to serve "Earlington" and "Brandon" subdivisions: I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State I
of Ohio, -, of the elected members concurring. i

SECTION 1. That the attached Deeds of Easements marked Exhibits "A", "B", "C" i
and "D" for the construction of Sanitary Sewers are hereby approved and
accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That WALTER L. STARKEY and BONNA B.
STARKEY, husband and wife, of the State of Ohio, County of Franklin,
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable considerations to them paid by the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
r- a municipal corporation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant and release to said Village of Dublin, Ohio, its
~ successors and assigns forever, an easement over and through the
following described real estate, along the approximate alignment
shown on attached Exhibit "A". This easement is to be as shown on
the approved plans for North Fork Indian Run Sanitary Trunk Sewer
dated November, 1980, as prepared by Evans, Mechwart, Hambleton &
Tilton, Inc.
Strip No.1
Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin,
Township of Washington, and being located in Virginia
Military Survey 2543, and being a strip of land thirty
(30) feet in width across a part of the Bonna B. Starkey
16.657 acre tract, of record in Deed Book 3133, Page 511,
all references being to records of the Recorder's Office,
Franklin County, Ohio, the northerly side of said thirty
(30) foot strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Coffman Road
r at,the northwesterly corner of the said Starkey 16.657
acre tract, and being also the southwesterly corner of

r This Easement is granted for the purpose of operating and maintaining
\.- a Sanitary Sewer and appurtenant works in any part of said strips,
including the right to clean, repair and care for the said Sanitary
Sewer, together with the right of access to the said strips for the
said purpose. No permanent roadway shall be maintained along the
permanent sewer easement; rather, the easement area shall be allowed
to return to its natural woodland status, and all maintenance activi-
ties shall be conducted in such a way as to preserve the natural
woodland.

Dublin, Ohio, its successors and assigns forever, for the uses and
purposes hereinbefore mentioned.
