The January 21, 1974 meeting of the Village of Dublin Council was called to
order by the Mayor JOI~ph Dixon. Roll call as follows: Charles Coffman, pre-
sent; Lewis Geese, [absent; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present;
Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present.

The minutes of the January 7 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval, Headlee
seconded, all present voted in favor of approval.

Ordinance 06-74 dealin~ with the rezoning of the Charles Johnson property
was read for the second time. Coffman moved to dispense with the three time
reading rule, Headlee seconded, vote on three time repding rule, Coffman, yes;
Geese absent; Headlee, yes; Hicks, yes; Karrer, yes; Ulrey, yes. Vote on
ordinance Q6..74-Coffman, no; Geese, absent; Headlee, no; Hicks, no; karrer,
no; Ulrey, no.

A public hearing was opened on the American Urban rezoning, Mayor Dixon de-
clared that the meeting be moved to the fire house and would reconvene at
8:45 PM. With more than fifty people attending the hearing at the firehouse
the myor reconvened the mee ing, the clerk rel1 d the council's guideline s for
a public hearing.
Orminance 08-74 was introduced by Ulrey and read by the dlerk, 08-74 provides
for a changes in zoning of certain real estate known as Waterford Village to
Planned Unit Development District. The public hearing was then held with
representatives of American Urban speaking for the rezoning and several resi-
denns speaking against the rezoning. Ulrey moved to dispense with the three
time reading rule, Karrer seconded. Coffman, yes; Geese, absent; Headlee,
no; Hicks, no; Karrer, yes; Ulrey, yes. Ordinance to be read for second time
at next council meeting.
Mayor announced that council meeting would reconvene back at council chambers,
back at council chambers mayor reconvened the meeting. After discussing the
