A special meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to order by
Mayor Joseph Dixon at 8:00 PM on January 15, 1974. Roll call as follows:
Charles Coffman, present; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present;
Charles Hicks, present; Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur, Ulrey, present.

The minutes of the January 7 meeting were read, Hicks moved approval, Karrer
seconded, all voted in favor of approval of the minutes.
The council received notice that the board of zoning appeals approved the re-
quest of Merlin Moon for a variance to build a small building on his property
on West Bridge Street to house a one man part-time furniture repair shop.
Ordinance 07-74 authorizing the mayor, village adminstrator, and clerk-
treasurer to Enter into a contract on behalf of the Village of Dublin with
the City of Columbus providing for the supply of water to the village of Dubli
and it's inhabitants by the City of Columbus..was introduced by Karrer and
read by the clerk. After discussing the contract with Robert Parkinson of
the City of Columbus Ulrey moved to diJlp3nse with the three time reading rule,
Coffman seconded. All voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance.
Resolution 92-74 declaring the necessity of submitting to the electors of the
village of Dublin, the question of issuing bonds for the purpose of con-
structing a municipal sewage collection system was introduced by Geese, and
read by the clerj, Coffman moved to dispense with the three time reading rule,
Karrer seconded, All voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. I
The mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 10:45 PM.
