The Deeember 17, 1973, meeting of the Village of Dublin Council was called
to order by the Mayor Joseph Dixon. Roll call - Charles Coffman, present;
Lewis Geese, present; Charles Hicks, absent; Robert Karrer, present; Gerald
Macklin, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present.
The minutes of the special meeting of December 15 were read, Karrer moved?
approval, Coffman seconded. All present voted in favor of approval.
The following bills were submitted for payment:

Coffman moved payment of the bills, Ulrey seconded, all present
favor of payment.

Council received correspondence concerning uniform building code from the
Building Industry Association, approval of Gammatronix building changes from
the Architectural Review Board, and inquiry about village contracting with
W3.shin ton Perry Townships fireboard for coverage of the area in the village
located in Concord Township.
Resolution 20-73 setting January 21, 1974 as a date for a public hearing on
the proposed rezoning of area by American Urban to PUD, was introduced by
Ulrey, Coffman moved passage, Karrer seconded, all present voted in favor.
Clark to advertise hearing date in the Columbus Dispatch.
Ordinance 57-33 dealing with amending 1973 anpropriations was introduced by
Macklin and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispense vith the three time
reading rule, Coffman seconded, all present 'ftlted in favor of the motion
and the ordinance.
Ordinance 58-73 dealing with a contract with the State of Ohio to resurface
state route #33 (villa~. cost-$3000.00) was introduced by C6ffman and read
by the clerk, Ulrey noved to dispense with the three time reading rule,
Macklin seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance.
Ordinance 59-73 naming Ralph McNemar as a regular policeman for a probationary:
period of sixmonths was introduced by Karrer and read by the clerk, Coffman I
moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all
present voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance . I
