A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS OF
f", EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
L MENTS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the Deeds of Easement attached hereto as Exhibits
A, B, and C for Sanitary Sewer Improvements in the total amount of
$6,800.00 be, and hereby are, accepted.
Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared an emergency to
expedite the construction of said Sanitary Sewer.
