The November 19, 1973, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to
order by Hayor Joseph Dixon. Roll Gall as follows: Charles Coffman, present;
LeH!s Gee3e, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert Karrer, present; Gerald
Mac'cli~, present; Hilhur Ulrey, t)resent. The minut.es of the November 5 meet-
ing Here read, Ulrey 111.Oved a:;proval of the minutes, Karrer seconded. All
voted in favor of approval.
