Cols., O. ~&~ n~ri~~ Form No. 6233-A Resolution No. 31-89 Fassed 19u A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY ',1 LOCATED AT 5235 RINGS ROAD WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to extend Blazer Memorial Parkway; and WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City's obtaining fee simple ownership of the land and buildings located on a six-acre parcel of land located at 5235 Rings Road, Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio; and NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate for the purpose of extending Blazer Memorial Parkway, the fee simple interest in the entire parcel, including land and building located at 5235 Rings Road, Washington Township, and which is more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Section 2. The City Manager hereby authorizes to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served on the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. No 2419) also being part of a 29.721 acre tract, formerly owned by Robert A. Herdman as recorded in Volume 69, page 92, Miscellaneous Records, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning for reference, at an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the aforesaid 29.721 acre tract; thence S. 85 deg. 15' W. 496.30 ft. to the Southwesterly corner of a certain Three Acre tract, the point of true beginning; thence N. 3 deg. 31' W. along the Westerly line of said Three Acre Tract, and passing an iron pin on line at 720.91 feet a distance of 750.99 ft. the Northwesterly corner of the aforesaid Three Acre Tract and in the center line of Rings Road; thence S. 86 Deg. 17' W. along the center line of Rings Road and the Northerly line of the aforementioned 29.721 Acre Tract, a distance of 346.56 ft. to a point; thence S. 3 deg. 31' E. parallel with the westerly line of the aforesaid Three Acre Tract, passing an iron pin on line at 30 ft. a distance of 757.3 ft. to an iron pin in the Southerly line of the aforemensaid 29.721 acre tract; thence N. 85 deg. 15' E. along the Southerly line of the aforesaid 29.721 Acre Tract, a distance of 346.64 ft. to the place of beginning, containing 6.00 acres, subject to all easements and restrictions shown of record.
