Roll Call as follows: Charles Coffman, present; Lewis Geese, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robe~t Karrer, present; Gerald Macklin, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present; Shennan Sheldon was named acting clerk. The ninutes of the August 6, 1973, meeting weN' read, Coffman moved approval of the minutes, Macklin seconded. All voted in faV"or of approval. The minutes of tl,e AU; ust 20 meeting were read, Karrer moved aIJproval of these minutes, Geese seconded. All voted in favor of approval.
