The September 10, 1973, meeting of the Village of Dublin WCiS called to order by
the Mayor Jospeh Dixon. Roll Call as follows: Charles Coffman, present; Lewis
Geese, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robe~t Karrer, present; Gerald Macklin,
present; Wilbur Ulrey, present; Shennan Sheldon was named acting clerk.
The ninutes of the August 6, 1973, meeting weN' read, Coffman moved approval of
the minutes, Macklin seconded. All voted in faV"or of approval. The minutes of
tl,e AU; ust 20 meeting were read, Karrer moved aIJproval of these minutes, Geese
seconded. All voted in favor of approval.

Resolution 14-73 accepting the amounts and rates to be deter'^,ined by tle
budget commission introduced by Hacklin. Karrer moved to dispense \-lith the
tr~ee time reading rule, Coffman seconded. All voted infavor of the motion
and the resolution.

was introduced b r Ulrey and read by Sheldon, Karrer "loved to dispense with the
three time redding rule, Coffman seconded. All vo' ed in favor of the motion
and the ordinance.
